Our Dayton, OH Program

Welcome to Dayton, Ohio

Serving Up Hope is excited to support a summer tennis program, supporting a community north of Dayton, OH, between Vandalia and Dayton in the Harrison Township.  This area was once known as the densest area in the U.S. for strip clubs and opioid overdoses. In 2019 the community encountered an E5 tornado which caused damage to half of the homes, businesses, and schools. 100% of students qualify for free or reduced lunch at school. The poverty rate is 35%, lower income is 45%, and upper lower income is 20%. Serving Up Hope is providing tennis racquets for forty participants.
